For guests, we let beautifully furnished homes across central London. Most are available as short lets, ready to move into with everything included, and for guests who need a home for longer, we are happy to consider long-term lets.
Luxury short-term rentals
We prepare your home for guests and list it on the major platforms, but more than 70% of our guests come from our private clients rather than the platforms, mostly from the United States and the Gulf (GCC) countries.
We set and adjust rates according to demand, keeping track of events in London, and prioritise longer bookings of a few months.
From the first enquiry to check-out, we answer questions, share arrival information and stay on hand during each stay.

We prepare the tenancy paperwork, inventory and move-in arrangements so everything starts on the right footing.
During the tenancy we are the point of contact for your tenants, coordinate maintenance and repairs, and keep you updated.
